Eric did a fantastic job on our home inspection! We are moving from Tennessee to Illinois, and we needed the job done efficiently with good communication, since we were only visiting for the day. Eric walked us through the entire house, explaining everything clearly and directly as he went. As a result of his detailed survey of our roof, we were able to get the seller to replace it without additional charges! Eric is extremely knowledgeable about building materials, electrical, sewer, plumbing, and he knows the area very well. Above all, I really respected his honesty and care for his customers. I feel very confident that we now know our property inside and out as a result of Eric's inspection, which has made the whole processing of buying a home that much easier. I would recommend him highly to anyone!

Eric Smith was pleasant and thorough. He explained some things a couple of times until I had a solid idea of what he was talking about. He emphasized the issues that had to be fixed for safety, and could show me pictures to help me understand what was going on with the structure. The final report was sent the next day, despite the inspection having been on a Saturday. The report itself it was very nice, with nice pictures. Eric came well recommended from several people I know, and I feel like I got a great value for a very important service.

Eric did an excellent job inspecting the home we are purchasing. His reports are very detailed with pictures on what he finds. Would definitely recommend him on any of your inspection needs.
