“I had the pleasure of staying in Carbondale Illinois at 312 W Monroe Street Location, My Stay turn out to be a whole year here, I Can’t Say Nothing Bad About My Time Here, The Airbnb Was Truly A Great Place For Me Enjoy Everything About The Location And I Home To Me Was My Home Away From Home, The Staff From The Rental Office Was Great When Ever I Call About Something Needed To Be Repaired They Was On It. Also When I Moved Here From Louisiana The Parking was Not Well Lit, But I Talk To The Staff And They Got It Well Lit Now, We All Feel Safe In The Area, You Can Sit Out On Your Porch And Truly Enjoy ThePlace, Thank A Million For Allowing Me To Enjoy Your Airbnb, To Me It Felt Like Home I would Truly Recommend It Over And Over Again.”
“This is my first time ever renting a storage unit. There was no representative on the premises and I didn't know how to open the unit. A quick call and a representative answered immediately and gave me instructions. The facility and unit was clean. It has a security gate, cameras, bright lights, and is 24 hours. I've heard stories about storage units having mice. This one didn't have any evidence of mice and I like the fact the unit came with a bag of mice bate in it. I appreciated that!”

“This feedback for the truck drivers, on the photo you will see there loading dock location and call box location yo let them know you there for pick up or delivery!
You can stop at the office by parking truck in the middle pf the road, because they dont have space to park even on the side of the road or drive straight to the loading dock and call them from there!”
“I rented a unit for about 2 years. There were no issues, no sneaky fees or anything. I feel like that's rare these days. I was very happy with AAA Safe Storage. I hope I don't need additional storage again but if I do, this is the first place I'd go to.”
“We used this storage facility for exactly one year. We selected it for climate control due to delicate items. We noticed bugs after one month due to another storage unit and they immediately sprayed and addressed the issue. They cleaned constantly. Highly recommend.”
“I absolutely love living at Woodland Crossing. I moved from out of state, and Anissa made the entire process so easy. I moved in site unseen, and I was immediately impressed with how nice the apartments are. It looked brand new when I moved in, and they're well built so you never hear your neighbors or anything. I rarely have any maintenance issues considering how new they are, but the minor things that have come up have been addressed immediately (thanks Gary). I would recommend A&M rentals to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the area.”

“Had a great experience with the moving company. I was concerned as a I saw some poor reviews from 2021. This was not my experience. I moved out a whole house full of furniture. I received a call the morning of the move. They showed up on-time and with a large truck which had more than enough room. Dorian and Marcus were the two movers and they were very productive, friendly, and professional. They wrapped all of the items in blankets and were diligent to make sure nothing got scratched. Dorian proposed a storage solutions for me that saved me a lot of money. Brittany is the office accountant and Cindy is the moving specialist. All good hardworking people. Good experience all the way around. I'd highly recommend them for any local moves.”
