Always seems to have what we need. Pleasant workers, much younger than 10 years ago. I would expect high schoolers to be on their phones when waiting for a customer, but I was asked by six different employees if I needed assistance in the 5 minutes I was there last week. Thank you for being attentive. Yes, we did find what we needed.

We, my son and I, needed to fix a few of his items. We came to ACE because I knew we could get what we needed (hardware). I told my son that of ACE doesn't have it, we don't need it. The associate not only located the correct sizes of screws, he fixed the reel and helmet. He went above and beyond his g9b and I really appreciate that!!

Best place to go for any home repair needs. You have a question, they answer it. Excellent help and knowledge. They always have enough people working, and I easily save 30 minutes every time I go in compared to other stores.

Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The young guy was nice, but was not sure what product to recommend. He called for assistance, and the older guy was very unfriendly and treated me like I was a bother. I asked a third guy for assistance with something else, and he was also unfriendly and treated me like I was a bother. I took my business to Menards, and everyone was very kind, pleasant, and happy to help.

Kenney's Ace Hardware is really a one of kind store! I purchased an EGO Snow Blower today. Not only was I greeted upon entering the store by a sales associate, but the same associate superbly demonstrated the snow blower I was interested in. When I asked a question he couldn't answer, rather than guess or make up an answer, he paged the owner, Terry Kenney, who came up front and quickly and politely answered my question. Honestly it doesn't get any better than that. Sure I could have gone to a big box store and maybe saved a couple of bucks but I would rather pay a little more and support a family owned and run business in my community. Good luck trying to find someone at the big box store to even wait on you! Kenney's Ace Hardware is definitely that one of a kind store that has become increasingly rare nowadays.
