ADM Wellness Center is a great general-purpose fitness center for ADM employees. It has a surprisingly good variety of weight lifting equipment and ok cardio machines. The place is not too crowded and the equipment is usually available, though some broken equipment can be unavailable for months. The staff are friendly. It is a free perk that employees should definitely check out.
Can't complain when it's a free perk to ADM employees... I wish they would fix down equipment faster, though.. sometimes broken equipment is unavailable for months... ?

Place is great. Always has the equipment I work out on available and the ladies that run the place are friendly. Looking forward to the towel service coming back post-pandemic so that I can stop having to remember to bring my own every day.

Glad to be back. Covid had divided us and we lost some human interaction. Mornings are still the best time.
