I was a faithful customer. Once after confusion on appointment time and nail techs, I decided to go elsewhere as I had an event to prepare for. Weeks later when I returned, I was met with attitude and frustration because I decided to go elsewhere that one time. My regular nail tech, Andy, now refuses to make conversation or even take a tip from me. I do not recommend giving these people your business.

I wanted to be so happy with my experience, but I wasn’t. I admittedly hadn’t had a pedicure in a long time. I made it a point to tell the lady please be careful because I have gotten ingrown nails twice after pedicures. She dug and cut on my toes so much that I had spots bleeding. The paint looks nice but 3 days later I have scabbed cuticle beds and cuts on my toes.

Hanna P rushed through my feet and was so rough on me while I’m pregnant because she was upset I chose basic for my feet wich is 35$ then still charged me 50 please don’t go to her if your on a budget she will tear your feet up and still overcharge you terrible experience with her

Lisa did a great job at the nail shop today as I go there quite frequently. They are great people. Great customer service. I think everybody should go there and get their nails or their feet done.

Hey everyone, I hope this review finds you all in good spirits. About two weeks ago, I took my sisters to get pedicures. We chose Annie's after hearing much about them years ago and to my surprise the service was few far and between. My pregnant sister received the worst service, and I was hoping to relax her a bit. The tech was clearly agitated and did not have a clue how to do chrome paint. My sisters toes were burning and when she would express that the tech just would not listen, making me have to speak on her behalf in order for her to spray the alcohol on her toes. I had a great tech named Kim. She was very good and patient. It was actually the best pedicure I had ever had, but when it came to pricing is when I felt scammed. I was charged $239 for three pedicures priced at $45 each. When asked why so much, they tried to explain but it still made no sense. I value integrity and when you show me that you lack integrity as a business I post a review and I take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, Annie's will never receive my business again. There are other salons in this town and also other places that offer cheaper prices and a great customer experience Im sure. In Iowa I was offered refreshments at least. Many businesses nowadays expect you to patronize them as a default but you have to offer great service in order to receive my hard earned finances. Peace

Very dirty, constantly laughing and joking amongst each other. Little concern for customer satisfaction, rough ! She only did cuticles on one hand.The nail tech was replaced by a second one but I will not go back, very disappointing!

I went in for an eyebrow wax and politely requested a different technician. That small request clearly upset the staff. After my service, one of the workers waited for me with her phone camera in my face—completely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, especially toward a paying customer.
What she didn’t know was that I had my translator on and understood every rude, disrespectful thing being said. As I approached the counter to pay, she handed the phone to the man at the register, and they continued making inappropriate comments in their language—with the camera still pointed at me.
Let me be clear: this is not how you treat customers. If your service is good, there’s no need for intimidation, gossip, or disrespect. I will not spend another dime in this shop and I’m filing a formal complaint with the BBB and any other platform available.
If you’re looking for quality service and respect, take your business elsewhere—where your money is appreciated and your presence is respected. Oh, and by the way… the lady still can’t wax eyebrows. She might want to stick to doing feet—and maybe brush her breath before getting in someone else’s face.

Andy never misses on my nails. But I also wanna give props to all the nail techs here. They all do a great job. Best place in Decatur to get nails done.

Went in excited to get a relaxing pedicure & be pampered, but instead was in a lot of pain. The nail tech kept trying to pick and pull all the skin off around my nails. At one point I had to pull my foot away and say ow that hurts & she just kept trying to pull on it. She made 3 of my toes bleed & said she was sorry. I tried to let it go & convince myself that it wasn’t that bad, but when I got home and took a bath my toes were burning and I looked them over and felt pretty upset seeing the skin on the sides looking like that. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else & think they should be more careful & not try to pull skin off of peoples toes.

I always enjoy coming to Annie nail salon. The atmosphere is good and I'm greeted right away weather I have an appointment or a walk in. I love my nails I usually get the same thing every time. And I'm always offended a pedi which is great. I don't always have the time for it though.
Requested style: I usually get the same thing every time just differs in length always black stiletto medium length
