“I live here. The new owners are working hard to improve it. It is cleaner now than it has ever been. The management is great. There is a lot of work to do in order to make all improvements. It can not be done overnight. If you like communal living this is a nice place.”

“I’ve had a really positive experience at Woodcrest Apartments. While it’s not a luxury complex, it’s incredibly well-run and consistently maintained. The grounds are kept clean year-round, and during the winter, the roads and sidewalks are cleared quickly, which makes a big difference.
Maintenance has been outstanding—any issue I’ve had was addressed within a day. It’s rare to find that level of responsiveness. The management team is also efficient, professional, and genuinely kind, which contributes to a great overall living experience.
It’s a very pet-friendly community as well, with a nice dog park that’s a great bonus for pet owners.

“I had a great experience living at Logan Realty. My one-bedroom apartment was surprisingly spacious, and the owners/managers were always very responsive whenever I had a question or issue. They handled things quickly and were easy to work with.
Utility costs were also quite low. Because the apartment was partially underground and well insulated, it stayed cool in the summer and warm in the winter without needing to run the HVAC very much.
The building was also quiet, and the other tenants were friendly and respectful. Overall it was a very comfortable place to live, and I would definitely recommend Logan Realty to others looking for a well-managed place to rent.”
