All I want to know is whether or not ATT provides internet to my address. How hard is that…put in my address and out pops yes or no!
ATT 800 number says I have to answer a few questions and it could take about 10 minutes! Not-click!
Local ATT brick n mortar store said if I come in they can help me. Ridiculous! Click again!! Gave 2 stars because a real local person answered the phone.
Guess this is why my existing internet provider has a monopoly on this area and can gouge us on pricing that keeps going up but new customers can get a great price. So much for loyalty.

So I'm here at the store at 6:32 PM. They have a sign at the door at lunch. Will be back at 5:45.. This isn't the first time or management poor employees. No integrity

The store manager found out we had been double billed for some services and eliminated the unnecessary charges. We would like to be refunded for all the extra money we have paid that no other employees or the company could figure out.

Bought new phone. Did not want info transferred from old phone to new phone because of viruses. Rep did it anyway and now I have viruses on new phone.

Paid an installment off for my watch cash in the store and am still being billed for it. There is nothing on file i made this payment either. I was either lied to about what I was paying for or the money was stolen. The staff here is very unorganized, unprofessional, and could care less about their customers. Even the reps talk down on their own workplace. There was a LINE TO THE DOOR and ONLY 1 REP ON THE CLOCK. Another rep comes in in shorts and a tee shirt, skips the line, goes straight to the safe and gives whoever he was with him the last Iphone even though other people were waiting patiently. Im sure for a discount too. If anybody has any issues through this place contact Prime Communications. They are the owners of this location.
