I recently visited the AT&T store near Rural King and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. Raymond exhibited remarkable multitasking abilities and consistently prioritized customer service above all else.
In particular, I would like to commend Raymond for his outstanding assistance. If there were a ten-star rating available, I would undoubtedly select that for him. Raymond's dedication and professionalism are truly appreciated. Thank you, Sir.

Great place to stop! I needed a decent charger and then needed a case to go with that charger and lo and behold they had everything I needed!! And I walked out with a steal of a deal. I went in for a car charger which was $40, got a better charging dock that attached to my dash for $50 and the case for my phone wouldn’t work so I went back in and got a case that was $35 and when they rang it up it was on sale for $10 so I bought 2 lol

This was the second AT&T store I attempted to go to today. The first one was closed for a 3 hour lunch break and this location had a sign on the door closed for the rest of the day at 1pm. I'm extremely frustrated.

Went to Att to get a new phone and the service I got from Ty was amazing he was very nice, explained things to me so I can understand what I was getting and was a great success. Recommend going to him for your business. Store was Mount Zion in Illinois

Traded my one year old iPhone 13 Pro for an iPhone 15 Pro last September only because the service person working at this location did not know how to transfer service from T-Mobile to AT&T. I was told my phone was eligible for a promotional trade for a "free" iPhone 15 Pro. I have seen a monthly charge for the iPhone 15 Pro now for the past five months on my AT&T bill. I have been calling this store and AT&T customer service for the past four weeks and this issue has not yet been resolved. The store has no record of my trade. My iPhone 13 Pro has been either misplaced or stolen by someone at this store. DO NOT do business with this store. The current customer service person named Ty refuses to give me a contact number for his supervisor. AT&T customer service is telling me I have to go to the AT&T store to resolve this and they cannot help me with this situation. DO NOT fall for this "trade-in" gimmick, they will take your perfectly good cell phone and make you pay for the new "free" iPhone 15 Pro.
