Was there this Saturday a lady told me she couldn’t fix my head. I drive a Honda CRV. She told me I had to go to a mechanic and I was 3hours from home. I came here for work, I finally went to an auto zone close to my house and they were able to fix it. Lazy girl I hope you read my comment. You’re incompetent

I have been going to this autozone since 2014 and haven't had a problem till recently when I get quoted a price and I expect to get the right part but when I bring it in and tell you didn't give me the right size part I do expect an even swap especially since it was autosone fault even though I gave the correct specs of my vehicle and yall rather lose customer you have had for 11years because yall wanted me to pay 20 to 30 dollars more so I was told the part was 219.99 which with tax was 240.00 then didn't even give me the right part and expect me to pay more when I couldn't that flat out wrong yall don't deserve the one star I put it's all I willnot ever go back to autozone some one will get my business

John helped me out when me and my fiancée were in town for a funeral unfortunately. He answered my call right away, figured out what I needed, I went and he installed it for me in the freezing windy weather in the dark while making great conversation!
