I asked the 2 gentlemen there if they could tell me how her light was to be installed since I didn't know how to access the bulb. The man not only explained but also showed me how to get to the bulb walking me through every step and showing me how to do it. I was very grateful to him. I will definitely be going there for other things in the future.”
“I had an outstanding experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on East Eldorado in Decatur, IL. My car wouldn’t start in the freezing cold, it was negative 12 degrees outside! I was helped by Justin and Chris, and both of them went above and beyond. Justin came outside to assist me, removed the old battery, and worked with me in the cold and he found a replacement for me. Even though my old battery was dead, Justin made sure everything was handled quickly and efficiently.
Chris was also incredibly polite and kept me company while I waited. Their friendly and professional attitude made a stressful situation much more manageable. I’m grateful for their help and truly appreciate the excellent service. The management at this location should definitely know how great Justin and Chris are!”
