Bought a 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually months ago. When I purchased the vehicle the Led screen was bad and the navigation system would not work. I had the issue remarked in the sales documentation. They tried to reprogram it and put a new radio unit in. Both didn't work and I was told by the service manager that it needed a navigation module that he was ordering for it. Several months later, everyone has developed amnesia apparently and as far as they are concerned it was fixed and they have no other obligation to go any further. Unfortunately I now have to take time off from work and take Bob Brady's dealership to court. They know that I work 6 to 7 days a week and don't have time for this. They also know that I am a disaster response chaplain and that ram was meant to be used in training and as an emergency response vehicle. Shame on you Bob Brady for putting me through this. I had thought that your dealership was better than this.

Jodie left a voicemail this morning, that resulted in us getting exactly what we were looking for! Talk about serendipity! She really went the extra mile for us. Ben is in a gorgeous truck that he can be proud of! Gosh, we even had fun on the test drive! Thank you, Jodie and Bob Brady, for the most positive vehicle buying experience either of us has ever had!

My experience with their service department was horrible. I had to track someone down more than 24 hours after dropping my vehicle off for the scheduled appointment just to find out what the diagnosis was. I spoke with a very unfriendly woman who treated me like I was cutting into her nap time. Twice she todd me someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. I finally spoke with the service manager and he seemed very unconcerned with the rudeness of his employee and the lack of communication. He informed me that who I needed to speak with had left for the day and that they were struggling to stay on top of everything. I understand, but that doesn't excuse being rude to me. $200 later my vehicle still has the same issue as when I took it in. I am taking it to Jackson in Sullivan where the technicians go out of their way to help and are always kind. I understand being very busy, we're all busy. However, kindness and communication go a long way. If you are thinking about purchasing from Bob Brady just know this is the service department you will deal with.

Jodie Davis was our sales person at Bob Brady in Decatur. The staff there jumped threw hoops to make sure we got what we wanted and what we needed. Jodie was friendly and accommodated my handicapped wife. I'm glad we did business here.

I see all these good reviews about them but I have not yet experienced good service my jeep compass been sitting up there since Monday they said they tried to get it to start but couldn’t I just wish they would contact me to let me know they ran into another problem now I’m still without car and my car is still sitting up there not fixed
