I went to the prospect store Sat afternoon .McKayla waited on me she was by far the best associate I have ever dealt with there She was friendly ,helpful,and didn't act like I was a bother to wait on .Need more workers like her

I was in need of help! The ladies Jen4 and Mykaela were here for me. They were able to help and call 611. They set my auto draft and gave me a credit. I'm very greatful for in-person customer service.

This place is the worst place to go to get new phone service. I went in there and ported my phone number to get a new phone. They hooked it up. It worked for 40 minutes no sooner than I went home the phone crashed and would not turn on and would not swipe Took it immediately back. And some arrogant young female sitting there taking pictures of the phone, sending it to some fake boss for 20 minutes and then goes and tells me there’s nothing we can do for you. You did something to the phone. How did I do something to the phone only had it for 40 minutes They refused and refused to give me another phone and to fix the situation. They do not care about their customers they are scammers.

These people are lazy and didn't want to help me at all. They never even looked or asked about my account to see if they could help. Imagine having a boost mobile account and the boost store doesn't want to help.
