Terrible place to do business, teller smarted off so as I walked up because ATM stole our card , then smart ass little guy comes out of his office smart off & tells me too bad , this is exactly why people get pissed off at businesses little guy thinks because he working at the bank he can smart off to people, bad idea !! Call the main bank and they don't care either, Beware this was some of the worst customer service ever, they'll all tell you a different story nobody has a clue what their talking about. I'm sure they'll have a different story their good at making it up as they go .. you'd have to be pretty desperate to deal with this people..

This place is incredibly hard to get to. On top of that, I had a dispute charge against U-haul who charged me for a dolley that I never had and Busey is taking the side of U-haul and now charging me the provisional credit. Avoid Busey, bank elsewhere.

This is the best Busey banking location, I see why it's so busy! The folks here are extremely courteous and patient - the manager was very involved with helping customer as well!

30 min wait with no communication and no resolution. Closing my accounts and going someplace that knows the meaning of customer service.
