Horrible food service, pizza frequently made with incorrect toppings.
Employee denied the order was wrong, despite not looking at my pizza, then didn't want to remake it. Like it's my fault for telling them it's wrong, asking what do I want to do about it? Remake the pizza. Why do I have to ask multiple times to get my pizza?

Come here almost every morning, employees are very slow and careless. Breakfast is made closer to lunch time so I guess us morning people don't deserve to buy breakfast

Ordered @ 330p for 445p pick up, waited 10mins for taco pizza to be remade with chicken. They failed to make taco and sasuage pizza thin crust. Wanted to blame the app that it wasnt made correctly.
Guess we will take our business to the MtZ caseys from now on.

I stopped in because I was starving! I am so glad I did! The pizza was remnants from breakfast, OMG they didn't taste that way!!! These were better than some pizzerias I've been to! Keep up the good work! If I lived closer I'd be a regular! Thank you so much for being so awesome!

Our experiences with Casey's have been hit & miss over the years, depending upon location, but we were super impressed with our pizza order on this visit, at this store. The pizzas we ordered were perfectly made, with more cheese than you'll receive at most pizza restaurants, who tend to skimp on toppings at the customer's expense. The store was clean, and everything was well stocked. Service was good. I worked for Casey's many years ago, so I recognize what to look for, and expect. I was not disappointed.

This store is horrible. Everytime I go in it's dirty is never stocked with product. Cashiers are always very negative.
Today we ordered 2 dozen donuts online. When we arrived there was one associate just walking back and forth.
He seen us standing at the counter but didn't acknowledge us whatsoever. I told him we had a online order and I told him the name and he tried to hand me a pizza. I stated to him that we did not order pizza we ordered 2 dozen donuts. He looks down at a pile of receipts and said, oh yeah no one has pulled it, you can pull it yourself and he turned around and walked away. Very disappointed in the service but I had people waiting. We went to grab the donuts ourselves, lone behold no donuts. The very fee that we're in there , are what looks like has been ripped apart and bites taken out of.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!
We live less than 2 minutes away and I will never stop in here again. Every experience has been a negative one and this was the one to push us to deciding this place is poor managed and is not going to change. What a shame

The cashier working at 930p on Mon 11/20/23 was awesome. She was friendly had a smile on and actually helped me save a bit on my purchase. Store was clean.

Got some pizza tonight 09/02/23 went and picked it up and I just want to say if you don’t like your job then don’t be there. I’m a happy person all around and it takes a lot to break my character get better people working in there that’s all I can say!!! And also learn to read the screen because it’s not hard to make a pizza. Reasons why I don’t order out anymore. Places suck and so do the people.
