Having a pizza cut in squares is a problem at this store! Never have they gotten it right!! Can they not read?? I ask for square cut because the slices are cut too big!! Geez come on !!

Only getting one star because I can’t give zero. Ordered two large regular crust pizzas, one sausage, one pepperoni. I was delivered two large pizzas, but they were thin crust, one sausage, and the other plain cheese. The receipt attached had the correct items. When I called the store, because that’s what DoorDash said to do, the store said “that’s not our problem. If you got the wrong pizza it’s because DoorDash gave you the wrong pizza”. I asked for a manager and they said none available. And now since it was through Casey’s app but DoorDash delivered, I’m screwed and can’t get the correct pizza or refund
Update: even after replying to the link posted in reply, reaching out through their main contact us page on their site, and reaching out on X/Twitter, I still haven’t received a response

Pizza was 30 minutes late from the scheduled pick up time. Crew members were behind on all orders that came through the door and had poor attitudes.

Might be the worst Casey’s in town. The manager must not care at all. 8 a.m. Sunday morning no pizza ready. Donuts loo like crap. Like what do you guys do all day sitting in a gas station but don’t have anything ready.. absolutely unbelievable how this store is ran.

I ordered 2 pizza online close to 18:00. I got there at 18:15. Was told the order will be ready in 20 minutes. I go in back in at 18:40. Was told one pizza was made. Waiting on the other. Well over 20 minutes my name was called with one pizza. You guessed it. the one that was sitting for over 20 minutes. I told the pizza maker i ordered 2 pizzas. He actually had the audacity to argue with me. He was holding the order slip. He looked at it and then handed me the second. Pizza. Both were lacking amount of topings. Could have passed as 2 cheese pizzas. I paid for extra toppings. nope. Very few toppings. I ordered light sauce. Had heavy sauce. I took them both home. Heated them up took a bite and tossed them both Away. PLEASE GO TO WAL MART AND BUY FROZEN PIZZA. It will be much better. The worst part, the employees dont care.

I've grown up going to Casey stores my whole life. This one continues to be the worst one of them all. The cooks are cussing laughing and that's it. One piece of jalapeno sausage pizza on the rack that looks like it was there for hours. I asked when they would put a fresh pizza out and no answer smh the management is a joke. I work at a gas station down the road with a kitchen and know the basics about serving fresh food. They are going past there fresh times and selling it. That is wrong. This Casey's station is an embarrassment to every other I have been to. I'm done with Casey's off principal. The cooks should be written up for not doing there job. It ain't hard to cook a pizza. My cousin is kitchen manager in Champaign and she would lose her mind if this was happening there and she would fix this problem. Smh companies don't care anymore.

The place is completely unable to make the food on time. Have gone there multiple times at the time I was told the pizza was supposed to be ready, and almost every time I'm told the pizza just went in and it will "only" be another 10 to 15 minutes. This has happened so many times that I have decided to never go back.

This was my number one spot til the night before last. I ordered a pizza and lets just say I thought it was ARA.They switched to a thinner cheaper tasteless peperoni and the cheese was dollar store quality. I'm not stupid or a glutton like the majority I know real cheese and they switched.im just glad I had a coupon for 15 bucks cause if I paid the normal thirty I wouldn't have been happy but I'll scratch them off the list .these companies want top dollar but want to produce and sell a inferior product and for the people who don't notice that's just the problem and gluttony I'm speaking about.

Very poor customer service. Picking and choosing which orders to do first is very poor way to do business. My order was due to be picked up at 454 pm and after 20 mins of waiting they asked again who order was for. Then when I asked if they were serious that they hadn’t even made order yet they got very poor attitudes. I asked who manager was and they kept saying she isn’t here and is never here.

Ordered pizza 1.5 hours before they closed, DoorDash arrived and they said they didn’t have order and even though they close at 12 and it was 11:20 they couldn’t take care of the order, sounds like someone wanted to go home early. Never order there again.

Never any hot food and when there is it is burnt. No breakfast in am that's not burnt if any at all and never anything for lunch. When the farm progress was in town it was the opposite case. Fresh good food unburnt for breakfast and lunch. Every other Casey's is good with their food. This one on mound is not.
