Cashier extremely rude don't know why I continue to stop at circle ks they can't seem to hire any competent employees. Do yourself a favor don't go to circle k anywhere in this area.

It’s always something with this location every time I go here, either out of cups or lids or soda and now for the second time you can’t get any gas, this location has been steadily going downhill

Its like circle k are in a contest to see who can have the worst store conditions and customer service. So far this location as a close 2nd in decatur.

manger is rude, cursed out my little brother because she said he was “stealing”. he emptied his pockets and the old lady was proven wrong and was mad she was wrong so she started cussing at my brother telling him to get out the store and she was going to call the cops. when i asked what happened she was very rude and started yelling at me to leave. i never even entered the store. these people need to get their employees in check

Warning!! do not Go to this gas station.Staff is rude and inconsiderate. long lines. And they're starting to push the self check out thing hard.I've been going to this gas station for 10 years and I will never go back..Billingsley gas station just off of 121 Is a very nice gas station to go to

Always a line..takes WAY TOO LONG TO GET checked out!...puy I'm a self checkout..and the CASHIER is running IT..instead of ringing people up on other register!..there were at LEAST 10 people ahead of me..and by the time I was done..at least 10 behind me! .what the heck!!!

Very rude employee and customer service. Went there to get a drink on 9/9/22 and two of the drink options on the fountain taste and look completely watered down so I go to try another one of the fountain options and the employee behind the counter ask me if I would make up my mind. I was so upset I told the guy who said this to me that I’ll go somewhere else for my service and that some one needs to check once in awhile if the drink fountain needs serviced. Often times this same employee is not in a good mood. Several times I’ve been to this station and the pumps are out of printer paper. It’s aways something with this place. I will not return Until the management changes. Furthermore I will advise all of my employees not to shop here at this merchant any longer until I feel these issues have been taken care of.
