This is the only circle k that I have ever been to that only allows two people in after 10:00 p.m. what kind of gas station would only let two people in at a time while 10 people wait outside????: in the course of 10 minutes I saw at least seven people leave to go to a different gas station!!! Looks to me like you guys don't want to work or have business. Might as well just shut down.

Pay at pump can’t get a receipt because doors are locked and attendant too lazy to unlock the doors to give you a receipt.

Staff is extremely rude. Yelling at potential customers and refusing service for simply asking a question. Also they’re are constantly panhandlers milling around the parking lot making it very uncomfortable and unsafe for paying customers. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The store and staff are fine. The parking lot and access to the gas tanks are not the best, especially when it's busy.

I recommend that your clerk service the customer instead of talking to his friend about weightlifting while the customer stands at the register waiting. And then they should perhaps at least greet the paying customer instead of yelling over my head as I’m paying as if I’m an inconvenience and not thanking me after making my purchase!!

All circle Ks are not created equal .. the only decent ones (in Decatur IL) are W Eldo and main & main. The one on mound rd is terrible. The polar pop and the clubs keep me coming back.
