I wish I could say I had a better experience my phone got ruined I went to the Decatur district manager with 250 in he had every excuse not to find my account then when I found my account and tried to pay I spent all day on the phone with 1800 numbers and hung up on EVERY time when I called the store the girl couldn't even call a 1800 number to help get the situation figured out and I was called rude and denied the managers number because I expressed my aggravation with the system poor att lady didn't even know what hit her and she expressed understanding for my frustration and now I'm about to lose access to EVERYTHING in my life all because the district manager couldn't find the SIM card that was installed in the phone the info was on a damn sticker on the back of the phone he definitely does not have his job because he "qualified for it be weary of this service phone companies are nothing but pomzer schemes anymore. No worth... 30 days is what my whole life was worth to them access to EVERYTHING... A district manager could not resolve my issue he's the one they call for these things....that's what he said

The only issue I had is their phone system. It don't work so I had to drive 15 miles and how they could help me. But employees were very friendly and helpful.

I want to start off and say thank you to Willow and the manager in training. You both have outstanding customer service skills. Although you both were new you tried everything you could to solve my issue. For that I give you 5 stars. To the management team including the DM you guys are horrible. These girls called you and texted you multiple times and no response. How do you except someone who's only worked here 4 days to know the ends and outs of a business? I'm a manager with 20 years experience in retail/customer service asnd I would never leave my staff tnot feeling comfortable with their positions. To not return their calls or texts how do you expect your customers to be happy. Them 2 ladies in that store deserve some gratitude because they did a great job trying everything they could and you left them hanging. So for that 2 stars is what you'll get. Find better management and you wouldn't have such a high turn over rate for employees. Ps your phone service is horrible. new customer for 3 days and my phone says it's courpt and can't work. Definitely explains your system. Appreciate the smaller guys and pay them the DM wages.
