A lady was on her cell phone “personal call” while a gentleman was waiting at the register to be checked out. She stood there watching him and continued with her phone call. He then went to her and asked her to please come and check him out at the register. She took her time to go all while still on her “personal “ phone call “it was on speaker “ the entire time. She was in no hurry to help any one but continue with her conversation. I was trying to ask questions about the ups drop off yet, she continued on with her conversation. Poor service.

Had to get my 11 year a Meningcocal immunization for school. I brought the letter from the school with the specific shot he needed. School nurse called and informed me that they gave me the wrong one. The school nurse says I have no idea why they gave him that one? They usually give that to 16 year olds. CVS basically told well it's approved for his age so no big deal. The big deal is I gave you the sheet, told you give his this and you gave him that. After $186 for the wrong immunization, you want another $122 for the right one. Don't assume they know what their doing, or we'll maybe they do. Freaking racketeering in this building here.

My boyfriend and I visited today because we were selling a vehicle to a private party and they wanted some of the paperwork notarized and Google told us we'd find a notary there. Being a Sunday, there wasn't a notary available. To make matters more complicated, the private party didn't speak English. So the store manager, Ellen had an associate, Rachel, in the store that speaks Spanish translate everything we had been trying to communicate to the buyer and everything the buyer was trying to communicate to us and everything worked out great. They definitely went above and beyond for us and I for one am incredibly grateful and happy to know there are still people out there that are willing to go the extra mile when someone needs help.

Rude pharmacy. I didn’t ask to speak to him, the counter girl called him over…..I told him I knew about how to take them, it was a refill. He stared at me for a couple of mins and then went on talking.

I have gone to this location a lot since I live down the street, however the store manager is has be drunk at work the few times I've had to speak to her. And when I told her about herself she curses alot and called me the N word on several occasions. I DO NOT RECOMMEN ANYONE GO TO THIS LOCATION.
