Arrived at the credit union with an issue with my account and Chloe took excellent care of me even though I was very frustrated. She did an excellent job explaining the issue and doing everything she could to help me. This is by far the best branch to visit.

Ive recently moved to the area. The customer service here needs improvement. You should work on your attitudes. I will drive to the other side of town to recieve the excellent customer that i am missing at this branch. 3 stars is for the name. DECU
