These guys, I told to do an alignment and then put new tires on instead they wanted to look at parts of the car. They had no business looking at, and then they say my lower control arms are broke, which I raised up the car myself they weren’t these guys are trying to get as much money out of The as they can do not go there. They just wanna try to get money out of you and fix things that don’t even broke. Terrible crew terrible people don’t go there Their money hungry

Great service, we take them 8 to 10 tirew and wheels at a time and they are always a quick as possible getting them turned around for us

If I couls give thia place a 0 star rating I would. We brought our car in, and they neglected to do a basic alternator test. We brought it back in when their 'fix' obviously didn't work. They then proceeded to leave our car untouched for over a week, so we returned to take it elsewhere as clearly they didn't care.
Upon return, we found our car was damaged (handle entierly broken) and all of our belongings rifled through and thrown around. We asked about it, they admitted they hadn't touched our car the entire time it was here and stated they very stupidly have No Cameras on the premisis. The car also now sounds significantly worse.
Do NOT go here. They will abandon your car, miadiagnose it, and not notice when someone breaks into it and breaks parts of the car.

I had a terrible experience at this Firestone location. I had a wheel alignment appointment scheduled for 12/12/2024 at 4:00 PM. I arrived early at 3:50 PM, handed over my car, and was told by the receptionist that it would be done in an hour.
By 4:50 PM, I went to check on my car, and to my frustration, it was still sitting outside untouched. When I asked about it, I was told they hadn’t even started working on it and that I’d need to reschedule. Reschedule? After wasting 1.5 hours of my time?
This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Firestone clearly knows how to take appointments but has no clue how to honor them. If you can’t manage your schedule, don’t waste customers’ time. I will never visit this store again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of other shops that actually respect your time and provide the service you booked.

$1500 for a set of tires that aren't the size I requested in my quote. I decided to just use them. They are supposed to be 40,000 mile tire. They are down to the wear marks after 16,000 miles of normal commuting with rotation every 3500 miles. They won't warranty them. Rip off.

My wife has her car in there 4 time for the same issue , there is a constant squeak from under the front end of the car sounding like a bushing , everytime it was brought in the people test driving the car couldn't find the issue , they supossedly test drove it said everything was good to go , after the 4th time bringing it in there they decided to change the upper and lower ball joints on the driver side ( but the shop doesn't have a press so the decided to change both control arms ) charging her around $500 "test drove it"and said it was all good. She gets the car home and the issue is still there , but not only the squeak but now a metal on metal thud at every bump , so I test drive the car and find that there is a thud a squeak and a shimmy in the front end from the rotors being warped. I call them up. And they tell her to drop the car off Friday morning. When we go to drop the car off @7:30am the manager states that oh sorry , your appointment was for earlier and we will have to reschedule you , I indeed heard the conversation and there was not a time mentioned just to drop it off in the morning. So not only do the do horrible inspections , the don't stand behind thier work and then jerk you around when you call them on bad work. If you have time and money to waste with multiple trips into this shop and then still have to go to another shop for the work to be done right go ahead and use them. But I would recommend going somewhere else first. ( just to be clear this is a 2021 vehicle)

I got a set of four tires and got the best price, The employees were on top of their game had it done with in an hour and am going back to get an oil change this week. Very satisfied. This is probably the 7th set of tires I have gotten from Firestone.

I was 4 hours away from home on a 6 day bicycle trip and knew I had a nail in my tire from the trip down and also knew that it would be flat when I returned to my car. They were able to fit me in during a very busy day and got me back on the road home very quickly. I forget the gentleman's name that helped me but he was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

It was easy to make appointment and they were quick to find the issues. They called me to inform and then gave the cost. They were quick to do repairs and text me when car was done. Very courteous staff.
