Debit charge fee warning……I had been a long time customer, have spent $100+ every time for fills and pedicures combo …..let’s not speak of the full sets with pedicures with walk out the door spending $130+ no complaints…..and today to walk in and pay for my services and a $3 debit card charge to use your debit card??? I walked out paying my bill cause that’s not the problem, I feel it’s real greedy to charge $3 because I don’t carry cash!! Oh did I mention in the 6 years of going ti this shop being a great tipper!!!! She raised the prices too!! Well I’m done with the shop =/ atleast post on the door you charge $3 for debit cards not on a mirror on a piece of paper!! WILL NOT BE BACK!!

Happy Nails, Not So Happy. The lady had attitude the whole time about my nails, even after she made a mistake—she rushed the whole process. She quickly started speaking her language to her husband & he just stared at me as if I was the problem. The husband was also taking personal calls & put them on speaker. Their child was running around uncontrollably. They’re so unprofessional. My first time there & I won’t be going back. Someone please recommend another nail salon that doesn’t act like this. Comment below.

Pannie did my nails, and she’s the sweetest! She did cut my cuticle while buffing, but she was very sweet about it, apologizing repeatedly afterwards! She’s very personable, and did an excellent job on my nails!! I’ll definitely be going back.

will never go back. i picked my color for my pedicure and the lady that was doing someone elses feet was like that color is very light you might wanna choose another. i asked the lady doing my toes to do one of my toes so i can see. i was like yea that is light. the other lady was like i know what im talkin about thats why i told you. i didnt say anything cuz i didnt wanna have to cuss her oht but i cancelled getting my full set of nails because i didnt wanna spend anymore money with them. my daughter and mom were also being serviced, so what the guy told me my total i was asking how much services were because the math wasnt mathing for me. he told me then started speaking in his language to the rude pedicurist and she busted out laughing. i started to say SAY IT IN ENGLISH I WANNA LAUGH TOO but i said instead of going low ima just pay and leave. if i could do 0 stars i would. I just moved here last month and that was my first time going to a nail salon here. hopefully the next one i go to they have some sense and decorum.

This was my first time and I will not be returning. The staff seemed friendly and the establishment was clean. However when I asked for a specific shape I was told my nails are to short for that. Which they aren't and even if they were it's what I wanted. My tech seemed like he didn't want to do my nails and that I was interrupting something.

Terrible!! my pedicure was totally AMAZING but nail polish messed up when I put shoes on over an hour & half later. BUT SARA that did my nails, cut my own nails TOO SHORT(and they hurt bad)and then cut TOO MUCH OFF FAKE NAIL. I gave tips too.. and I PAID 90.00 PLUS MY TIPS!!. I LOVE BELLA & TOM, they are super great ppl, and their family is so sweet.. luv ther mom.. I've been going there bout 10yrs or so, since #1 Nails, w VAN & DIANE left Decatur.. I enjoy going there. It's a family place. I have been to other places by mall, where NO ENGLISH is spoken.My motherNlaw's been going there for over a year, she likes it there but no one talks English to her. She's older.. SO IM HOPING NEXT TIME TO HAVE TOM OR BELLA FIX MY NAILS.. THEY have spoiled me and I've never had a bad time til last week. PLUS it's getting TOO expensive to get manicures and pedicures with bad nail jobs. But I ❤ HAPPY NAILS!! 1/5/2024.

My tech was super cool, very easy-going, and gentle. I had a mishap right before I left they were gracious and fixed it right away. I hope I'm saying this right...Menh Li was great, super happy! Will go back for sure.

Nice clean salon to go. Tom and Bella does a great job. They are excellent at nail art and designs. Give them a try, you'll won't be disappointed. FYI, sometime there would be a little wait to get service because they are busy of highly desired clientele. It's worth the wait. Avoid days such as Friday, Saturday. Come on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday if you can to avoid the busy traffic.
