Show up, call and stand outside for 15 minutes. Open sign lit up, door locked, car out front. Guess they just didn't want to work? Why turn on your open sign and not unlock the doors or answer the phone? Waste of my morning my employer will be hearing of this and will hopefully remove them from our approved list.Edit: I received a call back and quick appointment. They were very knowledgeable and offer a wide array of testing. Very customer friendly. Just need to change Google opening hours to avoid confusion. Thanks!

I have not used them yet but am in the process of using them, staff is kind, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, goes out of their way to find answers to any questions about tests, spends time with you on the phone, willing to call your Dr. They answer their phone, they call you back if they can't, best lab service I have ever dealt with.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience today. Had to submit a pre employment drug screen. Staff was super friendly and efficient. Unlike HSHS Occupational, they actually lock your personal items in a safe and give you the key. After my test was submitted, the staff member proceeded to inform me about their [arguably unbeatable] prices for out of pocket lab work and gave me a spreadsheet detailing a variety of the tests they offer complete with pricing. I would definitely go there for lab work if ever needed. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Outstanding service that you just don't find often in the medical industry today.

I scheduled an appointment for some routine blood work. There was no wait time. The female staff member was very kind and was able to answer my questions. The environment was calm and clean and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely go back in the future.

Just spoke with the owner of Harmone Labs - Linda. I was seeking some assistance in determining where I could get a specific assay to test for drug levels in a research patient. Linda was incredibly informative and helpful. After explaining what I was seeking and giving a little more detail. She took my number and told me she would do some research and call me back. Before an hour had gone by, she called me back and gave me the information I needed and even guided me to another location based on my needs.Bottom line - If you have need of lab services in the Decatur area please go here, you will be very happy with your experience.
