A motel 6 is a step up from this place. If you want to sleep with cockroaches then this is the place for you. Came here to see family for Christmas and we normally stay here. This place has gone downhill since our last stay and we will not be staying here again. Filthy and cockroaches everywhere. The lady at the front desk was rude when told about this. Refused a refund!

place is covered in bed bugs, roaches, mold and only god knows what other rodents and fluids.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not stay here! Especially with little ones! Room was filthy so we asked to switch rooms. That room was no better. So we asked for a refund and to leave. The receptionist was very kind, but he couldn’t explain why I was double charged and for my refund he reversed my check in and couldn’t provide a receipt. He assured us we will see our money in a few days, but I predict I will have to contact the establishment for my money. It’s Christmas eve, we traveled ours away, and by the time we left the hotel, all food companies had closed. Terrible experience.
Rooms: So disgusting we couldn’t take so many pictures, but captured the worse of it.

It's ok. It could be better if they tried just a little bit. But this place is a straight up dump. The hallways smell so bad and the rooms are not much better. It is almost 2025 and these clowns have internet like it is 2003..It is so bad that I just use my phones hotspot....It is crazy that a hotel in this day and age basically has dial up internet. I have been here for a few weeks for work and I have not seen bugs...So there is that

Room had old guest food in the fridge, shower curtain had a yellow stain, breakfast is sub-par, and lobby assistant refused to give receipts at checkout

Very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful throughout my stay I will stay again.

Rooms: The rooms were not well kept. Headboard was crooked, tiles loose/broken in bathroom, sheer curtains were torn to shreds and there were dead bugs in the framed artwork. The mattress looked new and the sheets were clean and white. Shower was clean as well but the toilet was horrible.
Food and drinks: Had a continental breakfast but it didn't start until after I needed to leave for work

Absolute nightmare, didn’t stay the night. Do not even consider staying here. Found big floating blobs of mold in the coffee maker. While discussing the issue with the nice young man at the desk a family came down to report that they were leaving because of the bugs in their room.

I can't be a 100% sure, because I stay in a lot of hotels for work, the bites can take several days to show up. But, three days after I stayed here, the telltale itchy, red bumps of bed bug bites, started showing up on my hands and forearms.

Remember any of your bad experiences with any motel in your past. This one has those same one's. Room is dirty furniture is stained. Smells of gym socks and mildew. Tried to open window to vent smell but only opens a few inches and the other was glued shut. Not sure how this place has 3.7 stars but none are deserved. Those who give 5 star must live like an episode of hoarders. If you stay the night. Sleep in your clothes on top of the sheets with a towel for a pillow case. Then shower in the morning.

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, breakfast was excellent and I am now in the process of booking my second stay. It was minutes away from downtown where we needed to be the next morning for an appointment. The room was comfortable as well.
