I have been doing business with hicks here in Decatur for 17years and they have always treated me with respect. I recently noticed when when I called it did not go directly to the Decatur facility it went to a company call center that never relayed the info to Decatur. I stopped by the Decatur facility and was immediately taken care of and they were so sorry they didn’t know what was going on. I’m glad they are still here in Decatur as they are the only ones I like dealing with. Thank you for the great service.

I left multiple messages with no call back. I go into the office,”thought they might be busy” there were 2 ladies chatting and no customers. Why couldn’t anyone answer the phone or call me back.

Totally forgot to get my propane bottle filled for Thanksgiving. I called Hicksgas and was told someone would wait for me Friday evening. I arrived after their operating hours and Zack got my bottle filled. He was a blessing, you don't find that kind of customer service anymore.

My first time at Hicks Gas in Decatur IL. Emily and Michelle in the office were so helpful and Zach filled the tanks and helped with reloading. We now have a place to get propane - highly recommend!

Michell Foster is the best CSR. As the water tech for the district, having her makes my daily communication with customers very streamlined. She is always looking after others including internal employees for Hicks Gas. A true professional and asset to all she comes in contact with.

Had a bit of a problem with an office staff person (lack of communication/information) Michelle called me back, gave me the information I requested, and explained the process I wanted to know about. She then called me back a second time to give me additional information. She is a problem solver!
