In all the years prior to coming to H&R I've never had a problem getting my full advance. Last year I gave benefit of doubt since it was the 1st year but now I only got $750 out of $8000.00 ,refund? That's ridiculous and I was seriously counting on it desperately! I'm done. I will never use this place again.
