If one person is over drafted in another account and you share a joint account with them, llcu will take it from the joint account without informing you an equal holder, knowingly leaving your children hungry. With only apathy and a lack of compassion, shady business practices, horrible communication, and no voice-mail or emails. I am already living paycheck to paychecks in this economy, and I can't afford the institution that's already making money off my direct deposit to mess with my money, affecting my ability to care for my children. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm not too fond of this location. No entering into lobby offered just drive thru and too many bums and crackheads hanging around there.

I wish I could give more than just 5 stars for the service and staff at LLCU Water Street, Decatur, Il branch! Special shout out to Mrs. Rashanda Bond-Partee for her knowledge, expertise, customer service, and willingness to go above and beyond for her customers. My family have enjoyed the many banking services offered at LLCU such as the kids accounts (Paying for A’s, summer book club, etc), loan rate incentives, mobile/online banking, drawings for prizes, EVERYTHING! I can put my money wherever I chose, but we love LLCU and feel valued as customers here. I will continue to highly recommend them to family and friends!

I have been a land of Lincoln customer for almost 40 years. This location has Good accessibility, not my usual go to location, however I stop at this location several times per year as it is location with easy access and I am driving by. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Quick and Easy ATM. VERY accessable and the Credit Union has been located here for years. Always helpful and Resourceful. I definitely give this credit Union Two Thumbs Up. I've never been a member but I've always heard great things about this Credit Union. I like the ATM. I think it's the best in town when it comes to getting your own cash and paying Minimal foreign ATM Fees.
