I had service scheduled a few weeks ago to have a dash camera installed, they did not install dash camera "due to shot staff". I drove 50 miles to get this done, and they still have not issued a refund that I requested.

D*** and dumber! Tell me that parts are in stock and then after a Long drive into town they tell me they DON'T HAVE PART. Not an apology, not a thing! Definitely Won't return for any service

Called Miles service on Wednesday because my sons key broke off in his ignition. Service center said to bring it in right away and they would have it fixed by the weekend. Had the car towed to them. They ordered wrong parts-have no idea how as they ordered from the VIN#. 8 days later-the car still sitting in the same place-untouched. Had the car towed to a REAL service center and they had the parts in stock, fixed ignition and 2 new keys at 1/2 the price Miles was going to charge. We will NEVER recommend Miles Service to anyone!

Moved back to Decatur 2 years & went back to Miles Chevrolet to buy another vehicle. Kaleb Nale was an awesome salesman & finance department was awesome as well. Would recommend to everyone & will go back when time comes to trade in my 2007 Chevy Avalanche.

I Talk with service manager and he said estimate $3000 but once I drop my pick up truck and I went 250 miles my home then they charge $4600 also when I pick up my truck I ask them to give my parts old one back then said it's $1200 extra if you want your old one parts They are cheaters I subjected don't go there If it's possible to gave them negative I can gave them negative Please be careful to go there

Today Miles has shown that they have no integrity anymore. My wife had verbally agreed to purchase a truck today, and go purchase it after work. After that, she got a message from the salesman that they just sold it to someone else. Sure, nothing illegal on Miles' part, nothing was signed, no money exchanged hands. I bought a used car from them in 2016. When I bought car they told my husband and I they would give us 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Well had some issues with car so I took it in on 6-30-20. They repaired problem which came to 790.00. Then they also told me our warranty was expired. So I called the warranty place which is mpp and they informed me that the warranty is from when car was built which was 2013 so the 5 years was up. I also paid 2500 extra for a warranty so I have to find out about that. Let's just say I'm out of 790 because they straight up lied to us when we bought car.

Caleb was awesome!! We drove 5hrs one way, to purchase our Tahoe and he was very informative Everything was ready to go when we got there. The Tahoe was exactly what we had been told over the phone - actually better! Thanks for a great experience!!

This review is based off an experience with the collision center . We took our 2011 Camry in to be repaired after a wreck . Almost $8000 in damage . After getting car back and insurance paid to have it fixed the paint started to bubble and peel . Took car back in and they wanted to say it was apparently hit again ..... WRONG this car was nowhere but my private driveway . Then fast forward to current issue with car shaking and pulling . Which has been gradually getting worse since we got the car back . They want to say it needs tires rotated (which insurance covers) but also say rotors need turned . Which I know they are fine because we just had a personal mechanic check a month ago . Funny part is we have to pay the $130 to fix that not covered . This dealership is a nightmare to deal with . Love the sales team , however I will NEVER recommend you take car there to be serviced by them unless you want to get your head completely ripped off . Very upsetting because I piranhas my cars (many in past years ) from them .

I had a strut go out on me, and agreed for them to fix both of the front since it would be a wise decision at 120,000+ miles and to save on labor. I drove out of their service department after spending almost $1,000 and drove right back in because I was still having the noise I came in complaining about.
