Brought my Colorado in back in the summer to have the transmission checked out. Much to my dismay I was told I needed a new one. In Aug a replacement was ordered. By Nov I still didnt have my truck fixed. I have MPP vehicle repair insurance which was all approved by them. (Guaranteed money for your service dept). Seemingly there seems to be a disconnect between the service dept and the parts dept.
Unfortunately being the service advisor for this repair was a tough in between for mine for all she could do was keep giving me lip service that the transmission was on back order. There doesn’t seem to be any since of urgency in your business. And truthfully I was surprised by this . After my frustration over this situation reached my boiling point, at the advice from a friend I contacted a transmission shop that is 40 miles away. That was one week ago (Nov 17th.) I was told that day they could have the exact same part ( a GM Remanufactured transmission ) in a week. Today I’m dropping my vehicle off to have the new unit installed. Exactly a week later. Needless to say I’m delighted to get this done especially after dealing with
Your promises for 4 months and never being taken care of.

UPDATE.... - Changed the rating to a 2 due to Miles Chevy fixing the damage. It took speaking with the GM who was more than willing to help. The damage was corrected, but the service department still has issues. The vehicle was incorrectly diagnosed and still runs just as it did when I took it in for service. This was conveyed to the GM, but that part was not fixed.
The service department communicated well on the issues and repair of my truck, but giving a 1, because I there is very visible damage to the bedside of my truck. The review may change after Monday, if they correct the issue as they should since it was not there when I dropped it off 3 weeks ago.

Camaro SS was sold as used inventory, with no damage reported. Yes this is the front sub frame, yes its aluminum. Assuming this vehicle was an auction car and not inspected? I did not buy this car.

You’re only getting four stars because your employee saved the day. The employee that I first spoke with gets no stars. He sent me to a Saturday morning with no appointment and no order for my recall and made me wait three weeks to that specific Saturday for someone that worked overtime of course when I got there, they had no record of me and this the time before one year ago, someone was supposed to order that part for my recall and never did so. This is a second attempt to try to get this taken care of. The employee on Saturday should get all the praise and the man who told me to come should be fired as I’m disabled and I can barely get out if they didn’t choose to help me with someone else’s part then I would’ve had to turn around and go back home and start over again for the third time I’ve always bought my cars here. I always thought the help was OK not fabulous but OK now I’m not too sure so don’t get it twisted about the four stars. I don’t want her to get in trouble because if I was her, I would have a few choice words for that boy That told me to come not too sure I’ll be running to your establishment no time soon as I don’t think you could get it together for an appointment I would not trust it I don’t know anybody’s names. I’m sure you can look at my name on the book and figure that out yourself. I can’t even finish tasks completely or on time so thank you very much for helping me. I finally got the issue. Taken care of thank you very much.

I asked how long take said 20 to 40 min. I took it in waited and waited. I waited for 1hr 20 min before going to window to ask why 20 to 40 min job taking 1hr 20 min. (Not one person came out for updates). She closed window and went back to what she was doing. (Ignoring me). I waited another 30 min.. he finally came out said done and if wanted receipt. I said yes. He left and for 10 min I waited(FOR A RECEIPT!) Still no one came back. I finally went out told him I'm not waiting another 1hr and 40 min for a receipt mail it. Ps lucky when I found equipment in my car I handed back because at this point I WANTED OUT!
