Feel like teenager work there and can't do anything without help . Food is good . I tried to special order a salad and they couldn't figure it out . All I wanted was the chicken on the side of the salad .

Im a truck driver just ordered a large supreme pizza with spaghetti and meat balls delivered to my room at the hotel. The food was hot on delivery the spaghetti and meatballs was good but the pizza was awful the crust is like some hard cardboard cant bite threw it the worst i ever had should have looked at reviews first a total waste of 50 bucks!!!

In town for a funeral, so we decided to make dinner easy and order pizza. Several people recommended this place. It was out of the way from where we were staying, but being a Yelp reviewer and not one to shy away from trying new things, my wife and I decided to swing out of the way and pick up pizzas for everyone. First of all, pizza was pretty pricey compared to what we've gotten used to in Kansas City. But we're not locals, so maybe those prices are the norm here. Second, when we got home with the pizzas, three were supposed to be pan pizzas but they made them thin crust like the fourth pizza we ordered. Also, on the deluxe pizza, it said peppers and onions, but we really had to search to find them on the pizza. They did put a massive amount of green olives on the pizza, which I had never seen on a pizza before, which made for an extremely salty-tasting pizza. As far as the mess up with the crusts, I did call in about it, and they asked me if I wanted them remade or a refund. Since we were a bit of a way from their location and the ones in the house that don't like thin crust were exploring other dining options, I opted for the refund. Much to my pleasant surprise they did it right there on the phone immediately, apologized for the mistake profusely and sincerely, and told me to have a good evening. Not "I have to get a manager for this" and then some person talking circles around the real issue with offers of coupons or "Next time you're in......" They fixed it immediately! Speaks to great customer service. Because there's always going to be mistakes made in the food business; how they fix the issues is what separates a good business from a bad business, and these people stepped up and owned the issue. Great job! The other two pizzas we purchased that didn't have the green olives.....fantastic! Not a piece of pizza left at the end of the meal. I was the one who loves thin crust, and the crust was perfection. The next time we are in Decatur, I will not hesitate to return here.

Waited over 15 min for a sandwich and it was made wrong. I wanted wheat, I got white bread. I wanted hot and sweet peppers, I got nothing. They weren't busy and the place was nearly empty. Needless to say, I'm not going back there again! So disappointed.

Great local pizza chain! Thin crust pizza that is nothing but delicious! Awesome dessert pizzas too!Kid-friendliness: Crayons and a coloring and puzzle placemat is available for children! Adults might enjoy it too.

Great service and atmosphere. But the pizza is expensive and not very good.I understand it's rural, and I'm from the city. But come on.Little ceasers is way better for 1/4 the price.

The staff was very friendly right from the beginning. The waitress was very friendly and helpful as we were not at all familiar with Monical's Pizza at all ordered 16" pepperoni and sausage pizza with a family sized salad and an order of bread sticks. The only issue I had was I felt there was an excessive amount of cornmeal on the crust and the sausage had an odd taste. Otherwise a great experience

This place has went downhill in a hurry! Assistant manager has zero people skills and they are out of everything we wanted to order.Used to be 5 stars, now a weak 3!!
