Do not choose this store.
These people are rude to thier customers. They do not want to do thier job and would rather get thier commission than grant a viable warranty exchange. I've been going to Oreilly Auto Parts all my life and have had a good relationship with thier customer service, but ever since store number 1228 has fallen off and have allowed for this a couple years now...that's bad business and ill take mine elsewhere.

Let me tell you about the wonderful employee named Tyler that works here… it’s currently one of the hottest days of the year and he is changing the battery in my car for me with a smile on his face. The service provided to us today has been amazing. You sit are the real MVP and we can’t thank you enough for your efforts to go out of your way to help us today! Thank you a thousand times over.
