The staff was extremely patient as we made several attempts to get the orders faxed to no prevail so they held my spot until I returned with orders in hand. I’m appreciative for their patience.

I made an appointment online. Got a text the morning of my appt instructing me to click the link in the text when I arrive to check in. I clicked the clink before exiting my car, I was expecting further instructions, but I just got a static pop up. I went inside and sat down and waited to be called in. I heard voices on the other side of the wall and assumed it was a patient finishing up. After some time, with nobody exiting, I thought maybe I was supposed to check in with the Kiosk.On my way to the Kiosk I saw two ladies talking. They saw me in passing and quickly disappeared. I Continued to the kiosk, but had trouble signing in. I got. a message saying I was late and had to reschedule. December 24th, empty parking lot, empty waiting room. I felt a slow burn coming on. I knocked on the door to the work area, and a lady answered. She said I was late and they'd have to call me back. It must've been the look on my face when I said "I was on time!" in a pleading voice. She then stepped out and signed me into the Kiosk. I was confused. Website said walk-ins are welcome and she was going to turn me away because she spent my 10 minutes talking to her co-worker. I think there's an issue with this process?

Despite what people say, its fine. I always choose the later appointments if possible and have never had an issue; even in other states.
The wait is never longer than half an hour (which is pretty respectable considering other medical related establishments) and I’m always in and out within 5 minutes of being received.
Additionally everyone I’ve interacted with who works there are polite and friendly which is always a good bonus.

I had a 1pm appointment. I arrived 25 minutes early, they were closed. I waited until 1:15pm but no one showed up to unlock the door.

Went on 11/30 for lab work. Blood draw was fine. Sent to the bathroom for urine sample. Sign says wash hands with soap and water (no soap in bathroom) wash privates with towelettes privided (no towelettes in bathroom) put lid on sample (no lid provided).

My former preferred blood draw establishment recently stopped servicing non patients, so I returned to Quest after a couple of decades, and I was super impressed at how smoothly it went. I checked in at the kiosk 20 minutes prior to appointment. I was in within 10 minutes, and out within about another 5. The staff member who drew my blood was extremely nice, and the facility was clean. I'm just glad I have good insurance because tests are NOT cheap. Even a vitamin D panel which my insurance denied due to a coding issue was over $200. CRIKEY! I shudder to think what a necessary thyroid panel would run.

Staff very polite. Place is very clean. I am not sure if there is but would be nice if the touchscreen at the front had a call button for assistance. Might have missed it.

If you don't care about customer service, this is the place for you. You have to check yourself in using a computer. They had my orders and did not look at the fax machine to see if it was there. If it was not on the computer. They did not have it.
