I had a 1pm appointment. I arrived 25 minutes early, they were closed. I waited until 1:15pm but no one showed up to unlock the door.

My former preferred blood draw establishment recently stopped servicing non patients, so I returned to Quest after a couple of decades, and I was super impressed at how smoothly it went. I checked in at the kiosk 20 minutes prior to appointment. I was in within 10 minutes, and out within about another 5. The staff member who drew my blood was extremely nice, and the facility was clean. I'm just glad I have good insurance because tests are NOT cheap. Even a vitamin D panel which my insurance denied due to a coding issue was over $200. CRIKEY! I shudder to think what a necessary thyroid panel would run.

Staff very polite. Place is very clean. I am not sure if there is but would be nice if the touchscreen at the front had a call button for assistance. Might have missed it.

If you don't care about customer service, this is the place for you. You have to check yourself in using a computer. They had my orders and did not look at the fax machine to see if it was there. If it was not on the computer. They did not have it.

Used to be great, but the service is downright awful now. I went last week and couldn’t get my testing done, 30 minutes to lunch as they had 2 ppl in front of me. Couldn’t come back 2 hours later as I had to head out of town for appt. I come in today and It was 12 minutes until closing and they would not do my labs because they won’t take anyone after 20 til. There was no one else waiting; both times was sheer laziness. They might have had to stay over 5 min. I informed her this was a test to check for my cancer markers, to make sure it’s not back and it was extremely frustrating. She did not care. They do not care about the patient.

Always fast and efficient. I make sure to be checked in by text and skip the wait room. So much cheaper than Decatur memorial. I paid 26 for blood work that cost 800 at DMH.

I've had really great experiences here. They are fast, efficient, and do their job well. Their prices are affordable and the results came fast. Definitely worth asking your doctor or the hospital to send your lab requests off to Quest...it will save you a lot of money.

As a provider I wanted to be sure the lab had the order before I sent a patient in to the facility as she was going to have to go to a different town. I called the 800 number for Quest and was given the fax number for the Decatur Il. location. I was told the patient would not need an appointment as walks in patients are welcome. I faxed the order twice just to ensure it was received. Each fax was successful according the fax log. When the patient arrived she was told the fax was never received. The patient called me and explained what she was being told: "the fax has not been sent". I could hear her talking to them, not a very friendly reception. I read her the fax number I was given by the 800 Quest number and it was correct. I faxed the order again... and this time it was received. This occurred one hour and 10 minutes prior to closing time. If this lab office needs a patient there by a designated time, this time should be disclosed. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me as a provider. If there is a way to prevent this in the future I would be delighted to know what it is!

I have been trying to call since Monday to ask them a question taking a drug test for a job. I have left numerous voicemails and have not received a response back. I haven't been in the facility personally yet but this is very unprofessional so far.

I've never encountered such rude healthcare workers. The woman continuously and obnoxiously yawned while I was in the middle of giving her my information to the point I had to repeat myself she wasn't paying attention. My reason for visit was a drug screen, she told me if I wasn't able to provide enough for my test then I'll have to sit there for 3 hours, understandable. But when I returned from getting a drink I heard her and her coworker talking about how patients clearly can't read "it says in the email to come well hydrated, OBVIOUSLY they can't read." Were the exact words. They then began arguing with an older gentleman about his wait time, yelling at him and degrading him in front of other waiting patients. They continued to speak rudely of him and to him. They treated their back room like a high school classroom to gossip while the whole waiting room could hear them. People with lack of care to their patients have no right to have their license nor work in the healthcare industry, this is a place I'll never come back to.

I pee! You pee! This place is quality! But seriously, polite staff and a surgicalesque process will have you in and out quickly so long as you can follow directions - and aren't phlebotomocally disinclined.
