This place was really nice, staff was nice and friendly, the hot tub in the room was great, the back hallway had a bad smell by the stairs and the loveseat was very outdated, but overall the room was great, very clean and cozy with nice colors and would come back here, it would have been nice to have a meat selection with breakfast, but it was free so no complaints, I would recommend this place😊

We were so pleased by the kind service we received, especially Ricky the front desk manager. Our room was a 2 queen deluxe room and it was just huge! We could not ask for more. Unfortunately, we did not get to swim in the pool because it was a busy time and the pool was always full of people so I can’t review the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy and a waffle maker, fresh fruit and muffins which we enjoyed. Housekeeping does a great job and we had no issues with our room being clean; however I will say housekeeping needs to look up at the ceilings for cobwebs. I realize that is not always easy to remember. Everything else in the room was very clean.

By seeing what is wrong with the bathroom in 102, I can understand why it was saved for last or the desperate. We have stayed here a few times and to being rented a room in this condition pushes me to post this to the site. Let's see if we can get a better room in the morning. If not, these photos might make it to the County Health Department.

The hot tub was filled in and covered with tiles. Everything is outdated. Screams early 90’s. The smell is bad. You can see where they’ve replaced things on the walls. Never even painted over the spots. The breakfast was just like every other hotel. Except here the eggs are kept in the fridge instead of a warmer. So you have to microwave them hoping you get em right. Otherwise they’re too cold. Or you burn your tongue.

It was awful the people smoked even though it said no smoking and it was weed they were smoking there were animals when it was supposed to be animal free as soon as you walked in you could smell pee and as you got closer to the pool it got stronger and there were pills in the chair and probably a mouse there was a big stain all over the bed there was hair stuck to a hanger the tub didn't even plug for you to take a bath the breakfast was cold and the trim was coming off the was and our do not disturb sign got stolen our TV HDMI cord got stolen and there was a make up blander and some type of fabric in our room the elevator felt like it was going to break it was a horrible hotel I would honestly give it a no star if I could but sadly I can't.

The staff was awful! Front desk men were rude and short with us. Very rude to my elderly family member. Offered no accommodation whatsoever’! Yelled at my children for simply being children. Like
literally told my children to “sit down this is not a playground” as they wandered harmlessly through the lobby. The house keeping man was extra creepy. Knocked on my door to replace towels while I was there, I opened expecting my Aunt because she was rooming one door down, so in my under garment, i cracked the door and this man proceeds to start handing me towels and checking me out in my mirror reflection! UNREAL. Breakfast was actually okay, decent but minimal. Me and my kids felt watched and judged going to breakfast anyhow. So yea, there’s that. I’ll never ever ever be back!

The front desk was absolutely awful to us.. the main man and woman yelled and stared at us any time we were anywhere near the lobby. They treated my grandma like she was stupid while she was trying to check into her room. No sense of how to treat a paying customer and guest.. do not come here if u have any melanin about you they are completely ignorant and racist to a t

I joint the Ramada in Decatur for 3,5 week. The room and the Hotel was clean, and the staff gave her best to keep it clean all day. The service personell was all time very friendly and gave her best to provide the best service. I can still recommend for a stay in that hotel

The beds were comfortable. The room was a little dated. It was clean. The telephone in our room didn't work. The pool being closed was a real inconvenience. My kids were really looking forward to get to go swimming. The breakfast was good. I would probably stay again as long as the pool is fixed.

I have stayed here the past 3 weeks, multiple nights per week. While traveling for work in 3 different rooms, and haven't found a single thing to complain about. Rooms smell clean and look clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Clean place... front door needs fixed... with the Illinois wind it was flying open alot and slamming shut too. Granted out room was right above entrance also. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but was adequate for small quick meal. Good bar in front of facility though if you need one!! Oh.. had to wait to get checked in... not enough staff. Hard to understand staff at times too.
