Ray's chilli is the best I've ever had, never knew its was made in Decatur,IL. I've lived in central IL my whole life, well I'm glad to see something great come out of Decatur. This should honestly be on a sign when you enter Decatur "Home of Ray's" might give the people of that town some inspiration!!
