Talked to someone named Alexis on the phone in the fraud department to help me get my card turned back on i accidentally hit fraud on my text she told me she was rude and said she couldn't help me and I had to go in the branch on Tuesday and get a new card if I didn't want to wait for a new one poor customer service

Regions bank is a dedicated investor to the Central Illinois CEO program, a business program for High school students that teaches life skill that aren’t taught in a classroom. Without the help of our investors, our class would not exist. Bart Rose is a board member of our program and is always willing to help us out in anyway.

I don't have absolutely anything good to say about Regions bank. I have one reason why I am still a member but that reason will soon be eliminated and I will do my banking at the credit union which I am a member of and have been for 6 years. They have done more for me in 6 years than Regions have the many many years I have been there!
