  Not coming back to this rural king. Rude staff checking us out and complained the whole time. Will not be coming back. She complained about wanting to go home. Well she needs to be fired and sent home.

  Black cashier... made us wait for service had no reason to be there was on her phone, complained about the store us white folk n hated touching cash... whether it be because we were white or just the fact we had cash.. not sure but people like her need to be fired

  My complaint is with the website. It is horrible and impossible to find what you are looking for.
  I'm looking for grills and such and I get cat food and everything else that has the word grill. I don't want to look through 365 items to find a grill

  Very disappointed in my most recent visits to this store. Every time I go to check out I get harassed by the employees about signing up for their “rewards” program. I tell them over and over I’m not interested and would just like to check out and leave. The most recent visit they didn’t want my business unless I was setup as a “rewards” member. My daughter felt very uncomfortable while we stood arguing with the employee over this. We won’t be shopping here anymore.

  The store is good but the website is absolutely terrible you type in a brand name that they carry and the search brings up everything else except what you’re searching for.

  I always go for my dog for every 2 weeks- Diamond Maintenance Yellow bag, they were out! I always do through this but still can’t beat the price

  I bought a tiller a couple weeks ago. There was no one available to help me lift it, put it together, even to help pick out the most appropriate one for me. When I got it home and together, gas leaked straight through. There was a slit in the gas line. I called rural king and reported this to them. Of course they wanted me to bring it back but I was not in a position to lift it into the back of the truck by myself. However, I was very disappointed when they told me that I would be expected to pay for labor to fix this brand new piece of equipment at their store. This was a $380 purchase. My brother was able to fashion a new fuel line for me so I can use the tiller now, but I will not soon be returning to Mt zion Rural king though I have usually liked their store prior to the past month or two.
