I ordered paint online for the first time. The website was easy to use and my order was ready earlier than promised. When I picked it up, the clerk was friendly and helpful. This store has been my go to location for Sherwin Williams paint for sometime now. The online aspect is is nicely added convenience.

This store me it’s associates are always the most helpful and knowledgeable when I have DIY painting questions. Sherwin Williams products have performed well, standing up to the abuse 5 small kids can unleash on your painted walls. I always feel welcome and comfortable asking for help at this store.

A shout out to Zach at SW in Decatur. They matched a color of a floor for me 20 years ago. Thought I'd never get it again to repaint. Wasn't in their computer. Took a small piece of paint to them and within minutes they matched it. Was thrilled! Great job!

Can't get them to answer phone calls, called many times, no answer. Order couple of thousand dollars worth of paint and supplies over a month ago and still have not been delivered.
