Shawn did a great job. He was meticulous in his work. Not very talkative but that's OK. I got a manicure and a polish change on my toes. My DIL recommended them.

Blood on almost all of my fingers. Was in pain the whole time. I complained about it and all I was given was a paper towel to wipe the blood. Poor customer service.

I was very disappointed with how my nails looked to the point I politely asked her to take it off and left with bare acrylic nails. For the amount you’re charged you should never have a complaint. Theresa knows she rushed on my nails and if I didn’t speak up she would’ve allowed me to leave with my nails looking a mess.

Gave me the cut on my finger with their nail file and had me wait roughly 30 minutes for a 2nd person to continue my service (I was a walk-in and someone came in with a reservation), but after a little filing and removing the excess acrylic from my skin once I got home, they look great!

I got my nails done on a Saturday. Didn't thoroughly look at them till I got home. They are messy, bumby, uneven and by Monday I had spots where the acrylic was lifting from my nail beds. I also have a couple nails where the acrylic isn't anywhere close to the edge of my nail and therefor there is a good bit of my nail showing. Went once years ago and loved my nails. Total disappointment this time.

Very disappointed. Not sure why I tried again here for a manicure, as I have never had a good experience before, but this will be my last time. I asked for a dip manicure. She did absolutely no nail prep before hurriedly slapping the dip on my nails. No moisturizing or cleaning up the nail after. She completely rushed through my nails, I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Would not recommend. I am currently headed somewhere else to have them redone.
