I really wish this store had provided better enforcement when masks were mandated. That being said, now that we're unmasked it's still the best "Target experience" in this area.

I have stage4 lung cancer. So I decided to shop for Christmas on line from Target. I ordered an apple gift card to be sent by email. Target web site said I had to email to myself and then regift it . This was on December20th. When I got the email and went to regift it said it could not be resent by email until Dec. 22nd. My son never got the gift card. I went on chat with them today two different chat people hung up before I could even explain the problem. The third attempted to be helpful, only to end up telling me that gift cards was another department and I had to call them for help. DO NOT SHOP FOR AN EMAIL CARD FROM TARGET!! Life is too short, especially for me

Never shop target again, drove 30 minutes for a bike ordered and paid online to pick up and get to store and out of stock, yet said 2 in stock and online and took my money Wasted gas and time. Person on chat wasn't no help at all just giving me some BS. Wasted time and gas for nothing. Thanks target

I walk up to make an exchange and the lady was awesome but I needed to go get the item to do the exchange so I walk off into the store. I also grabbed 3 other items real quick. I return to 3 teens and another younger employee in his 20's. All are goofing off but one of the teens walks behind the counter. At the counter there are COVID 19 plexiglass guards with a small hole to pass items under to be scanned. I pass the 4 items under, one for the exchange. He hands me back the exchange item with no bag. He apologizes for the lack of bag but doesn't reach to get it back from me to place it in the bag. I wait for him to ring up the other items so then I can put the exchanged item into that bag. I pay BUT he walks off with the remaining 3 items still on the other side of the plexiglass unbagged!! I turn around to see he is walking off, singing and texting on his phone!! I had to reach under the plexiglass to get my items and a bag that was barely in reach and then bag my own things. I have a big attitude and can definitely speak up but I'd rather run a nice review like this one. Manager: Your night crew from 7/7/2020 at 9:50pm needs to be replaced. I would be embarrassed to have those kids representing me at my store.

Please have someone at the door kicking people out who aren't wearing a mask. Otherwise what's the point!!
