The RC Shack Hobby Shop is a small but welcoming store located in Decatur. Many customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always ready to help. The shop is praised for its reasonable prices and a wide selection of products, including various RC cars and parts. Customers enjoy the exciting races held on weekends and often return for more items, like the popular Traxxas drift mustang.
One customer highlighted the exceptional service provided by a staff member named Justine, who helped find compatible parts for a broken RC car quickly. Although the shop has room for improvements, such as offering metric tools for repairs and collaborating with local hobbyists, the overall experience remains positive. Some customers have expressed frustration with accessibility, noting difficulties in reaching the store or receiving timely responses.
The RC Shack also offers an online shopping option, with staff dedicated to ensuring orders are processed smoothly, even during challenging circumstances like snowstorms. Overall, The RC Shack Hobby Shop is recommended for anyone interested in hobby needs, thanks to its friendly atmosphere and commitment to customer service.
