The Decatur IL UPS has only delivered one of our many packages to our new home address. They've sent back over hundreds of dollars worth of orders with different excuses ranging from we don't deliver to po boxes, to receiver states product was not ordered and mechanical failure. They've tried delivering one package to an unknown business and another package was delivered to another unknown address. Customer service is extremely unhelpful both over the phone, Facebook and other messengers. FedEx, Amazon, Walmart, RP Lumber, the post office, Lowe's ect have had no problem delivering to our new address, only UPS has had problems. We've been through the proper channels to make sure our address is verified.

Two days after they left a info notice on my door I called to find out where my package is the guy answered the phone "hello" I had to ask if I called ups!!! He gave me an 800 # to call and her accent was very very BAD!

They shipped it to the wrong address and they wont fix in tell the 24th and its only the 2-0th and I need my package now. Customer service keeps repeatedly saying it is my problem but they are the one delivering my stuff to the wrong address. They wont fix it and they just told me to basically F off. Terrible Customer Service and Terrible Everything.
