Deon was extremely helpful and positive. He quickly addressed and solved the issues I was having with activating a new device. Deon went out of his way to make sure all of my content was transferred. I was highly satisfied with Deon's customer service.

The lady in here was very rude. The gentleman on the phone was very kind and wanted me to come in to verify if my AirPods were real, I came in and the lady was rude about it as if I was trying to scam her? And I asked to look at a set of real AirPods and she gave me a nasty look and was pretty tough with the box of mine. Just don’t understand the point of asking me to come in to be very rude and pretty much say you can’t help me and looked at just the box and said yea looks real?

I ordered my phone for express pick-up. It took 3 days. I could have had delivered next day. Staff didn’t know how to process the order. At least that is what the staff told me when I showed up at the store because they won’t answer the phone. I do not recommend this store.

Arrived before 9am. Didn't open. Stayed watching the door until 9:20am. Still nothing.
Came back at 9:55am. Sign on the door stating “will be back at 10am”. 10:07am, no one came. I called, left message. Person then came from the inside of building and unlocked door then went to vehicle waiting at curb to get their McDonalds that was DoorDash order. I’m so glad that was priority.
Employee said they were late to work. Not my problem, it’s a business. Run it like one. Very unprofessional.

Was charged for an activation fee which apparently included set up, cases, and screen protectors. Never put on a case or screen protector. When asked if we'd be charged any other fees on the bill we were told no. Now we are being told new fees for activation from Verizon. They lied to us and arenr doing anything for it.
