A very dear friend of mine was in need of medicine that had been called into another pharmacy closer to her residence. Unfortunately, she has no vehicle and was unable to facilitate transportation before pharmacy hours ended. Well, my friend managed to call the after-hours service. The doctor called it into a pharmacy that was open later. It was this Walgreens. We pulled through the drive through and a lovely female with a beautiful smile asked if she could help us. After we explained, she said there was no prescription at this time. As we discussed it, the call came in. And she said she got it. Unfortunately, the other pharmacy had already charged my friend's insurance. So, I asked this beautiful creature if there was a way I could get my friend's medicine tonight. She said, 'Well, you could pay full price...\\\" I said, \\\"Go get my friend's medicine.\\\" She said, \\\"It'll be 77 dollars and change.\\\" My friend said, \\\"No, no, no... I'll just get tomorrow.\\\" I said, \\\"Shut up,\\\" to my friend. I was kind of kidding. And told the lady, \\\"My friends needs her medicine tonight. It's important. I got it.\\\" The smile that grew across this woman's gorgeous face, with caramel smooth skin, was like the sun after ten days of storms at sea, blinding and resplendent. We got my friend's medicine. And our beautiful pharmacist continued to smile as she politely informed me in her liquid tones that I'd get reimbursed to the original payment method once the other pharmacy pulled their collective heads out of their collective derrieres Mission Accomplished.

My favorite Walgreens is on Grand. The staff are outstanding and remember your name and are helpful with any of your shopping needs.

Doesn't matter if you sign up for an appointment for Covid 19 vaccine. They take walk ins before you, even when they came in after you. Pharmacy staff act like you are the problem if you ask them why other people are being seen before you. Pharmacist gave vague instructions to get in line behind other people who were waiting for shot. So I did. They never called me to come up for my paperwork. When I went to inquire, they gave me paperwork but insisted there were people before me. There actually had been one person before me. But nurse? made me wait until last to get my vaccine. Not a big deal in the scheme of things but poor service, poor communication, and poor attitude. Long story short, don't bother making an appointment to get Covid-19 vaccine. Just walk in.

48 walgreens is ghetto. I spent 20 minutes in drive through line window for them to send a note through the machine that their drive through was down because their phones were down.. then another 15 minutes in line inside for them to not have my prescription filled.. the lady told me to call to check if it was filled later.. THE PHONES ARE DOWN SO I CANNOT CALL. My prescription is an inhaler and extremely important. After today you won't catch me at 48. So sad to see what it has become.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely pathetic pharmacy. Not one person working in the pharmacy knows how to provide customer service. And they don't care if you have a bad experience. Worst ever.

Poor customer service, on the sales floor. People on the floor act like you are a problem just for asking where something is . I'm talking about the 2 men that work there. They need to be fired. One actually lays on the floor when he put stuff away . So Professional right ?

I got married two years ago and the photographer fell off the face of the earth. I tried everything to get a print release so I could print my wedding photos off. I went into Walgreens to print off pictures for my job and the photo manager (which I didn't know he was the manager at the time) was assisting me. We got on the subject of canvas pictures and I told him that's what I wanted to do my wedding photos on. He asked me why I hadn't done it yet and I explained to him what

Horrible service from the pharmacy. Today the hours were changed to close the pharmacy at 10:00. I waited in the drive thru since 9:45, and by the time the two cars in front of me had picked up their prescriptions, the clock turned to 10:01 and I was unable to receive the medication I drove across town and waited fifteen patient minutes for. The male pharmacist refused to speak to me, rolled his eyes, and pointed at the "closed" sign. He completely refused to acknowledge that I was already in line. It was some of the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced from the likes of a pharmacist and I will be transferring all of my future prescriptions to a separate location. You are not treated with respect, courtesy, nor a priority at their pharmacy. Completely disgraceful.
