HORRIBLE pharmacy! You call at 10 they tell you they are working on your prescription & it will be ready at 11:30. You call back at 12 they tell you it will be ready at 1:30. If you are lucky your prescription is ready after 6pm. The only reason I use them is because my insurance company makes you go thru them. Stay away if you can!!

I have used Walgreens for 20+ years the only pharmacist I dislike like there is Carl. He is slow rise and has no customer service. He's loud And doesn't care if other customers can hear what he is saying to a customer otherwise I love this pharmacy

RXs are NEVER done in a timely manner, they always have an excuse for poor service, the worst thing BCBS as done is make this their primary pharmacy !

Won't answer the phone, don't even try to call and talk to an associate. Especially if paged to pharmacy.

The pharmacy needs some help. I was told my baby's medication would be ready at 2. I got there at 5. The drive-through was blocked so I left my four kids in the car while I "ran in really quickly." I waited in line for 20 minutes, found out it wasn't ready and that they needed 45 more minutes, then was sent to a different window for insurance. I had to leave without it. I've had this same experience everytime I get medicine filled that are not routine refills.

People who don't like this pharmacy are trying to transfer their medications out. But, calling from another pharmacy is just as much impossible to get ahold of somebody. When you call it gives busy signal. Terrible.

Absolutely garbage pharmacy. They have lost the medication scripts twice in three weeks. Neither the techs or the system remember the meds that I picked up yesterday, or that they said the rest will be ready tomorrow. And now it's lost again.

Line is always busy or if you do get it to ring, just rings and rings and then they hang up on you. I switched from the other W store as thought Walgreens was better! Guess Inwas wrong!

Walgreens Pharmacists picking and choosing what perscriptions they want to fill. Going against Doctors orders. Very dangerous precedent not giving patients much needed covid treatments. Pharmacists should be held accountable when they refuse prescriptions.

So, it's Saturday and the hours on here say 8 am open. I'm in there at 8:30 and the sign says 9. I'm on my way out and one of two staffers talking to each other says to me the pharmacy isn't open until ten. I said well, the internet says 8 and he says no it says 10. I asked him if he was calling me a liar and he says yes. Told me I needed to look again. I told him Google Maps says 8 and only 8. He tells me a lot of people are making that mistake. I told him maybe he ought to be finding out why and left. I figure he was trying to have a little fun with the confused Senior Citizen.20 years with CVS no problem. One month with Walgreens and I'll never shop there again. You want MY money you treat me with a little respect. Back to CVS even though it's a 40 minute round trip for me.
