Honest and very reasonable service. They have the latest and greatest test equipment to diagnose your vehicle. Check engine lights and codes, specialize in evap leaks and run issues.

These guys have been able to fit me in on a moments notice for serious auto problems. They basically rebuilt my engine in a week and showed me all the busted parts and gave reasons as to why each part may have broke and why it needed replaced rather then just saying “well you needed it”. Great service and great people.

Didn't go here, went to Lotus Flower across from it. Google maps just picked it up wrong. Anyway, every time I go to Lotus Flower I notice the plants in the front of West End Auto and wonder if they'd want to get rid of any of them... hint hint... I want one.

Good pleasant staff. Nice receptionist and mechanic let me know exactly what problem was and took xtra time to make sure was fixed right and did not charge for xtra time .May God bless!!

I've never thought about writing a review until now. Whoever the lady was that called me was so rude it made me dizzy. She told me that I couldn't comprehend what she was saying, all because I asked some clarifying questions. I'm a teacher and I like to get a clear understand of things before I pay $1300 for repairs. Needless to say I won't be back because my feeble mind can't comprehend the complex intricacies of brakes and rotors.Service: Brakes
