“I had made an order to be shipped to my house on October 27 and it was never delivered. Paige went above and beyond to refill my order and hand deliver it to my house after working all day. She made sure to text and call me to keep me updated on my purchase. I’ve never not liked anything from their store and this instance proved their customer service to be top notch! Not to mention I’m obsessed with everything I bought! Thank you!!!”

“Went to this shop a couple of weeks ago, and honestly didn’t have a lot of time to shop as I came in for two particular items. However, not only did I pick up the two items I intended, the sale staff showed me the sales rack and picked up a few extra things. The sales team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable in their products and customer service was top notch!! Thank you for this classy and customer service oriented shop. The Shop on Main is a must see!!!! Keep up the great work ladies.”

“Best place in Staff anywhere! I contacted them after my wife and son visited and saw a suit he loved. George took the payment over the phone, boxed it up and shipped it off to South Carolina so my son would have it in time for a wedding he was going to attend. The Brass Horn and their staff define “Service”. Stop in and chat and soon they will just start bringing you things that are right up your ally. By far the best shopping experience every time. Also, check out The Brass Horn Too for the ladies!”
