I went to this location and they weren’t helpful. They told me to go to a different store that was out the way. Don’t bother wasting your time coming to this AUTHORIZED LOCATION they’re not a CORPORATE store!! They only care about making commission won’t help with any tech support and won’t help a long time customer. I will be taking my business to T-Mobile. Thanks AT&T. I will also be referring all my friends and family to T-Mobile.

Nick helped us get new phones and he was Very helpful, kind, informative, and funny. He made this process seamless and we were able to leave the store within 30 minutes. Highly reccomend!

Jermal assisted me while I was there on a recent visit to look at a possible new phone in the future, but I was not buying it that day. He was able to help me figure out how to get the phone I was interested in that I had found online. After looking at my account he asked a few questions which helped me to make some changes that were beneficial for my account. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, nice, patient, and friendly. I really appreciated his help!

EXCELLENT customer service!! Sofia greeted me with a smile immediately upon walking in the store. The issue I was seeking assistance with took some time so I was able to witness both the store manager Edgar, as well as Sofia, interact with many different people. Both were patient and helpful to each person. Assisting for a multitude of issues. Every person was treated with respect and kindness. Sofia had only been working at AT&T for 2 weeks yet she was confident in her approach and did bot hesitate to ask Edgar for assistance when needed. Edgar was fantastic at explaining things to Sofia and allowed her to work the problem so she learned with each new issue.
Both of these employees are young. It was refreshing to see both individual's work ethic, kindness and ability to work in tandem to provide the best service to every customer that walked through the doors. I will always go to this store for any assistance in the future. Exemplary employees!

The staff there are vultures from the minute you walk in I had a phone stolen that I needed to report they made me pay off that phone that was stolen to get another phone even with apple insurance something is wrong next they should never have done that I called Att. Corporate . I hope they fire this sales rep from the ATT store in Deerpark.

Xavier was a pleasure to work with. He helped us buy a new phone, set up a new line and transfer a number within our family. Xavier showed us various plan options which helped lower our monthly bill. We appreciate everything he did for us.
