Okay… I just left the store with a strong feeling that I was over charged. Came back to the store and here we go… I paid extra almost a $100 Sometimes we are in the rush and don’t pay attention…but since today I am going to check out all my receipts and see if they are correct.

I live 3 minutes from this Gap store and have always had great service . With the exception of today when I came in to do a online order return. The young girl at the counter had a terrible attitude and ask a hundred questions about my return. Although showing her my receipt of the items arriving two days ago. She studied each item , examining them and asking an associate if she could take a item as if something was wrong with it. Which it wasn’t because I never wore it. Her entire demeanor and attitude was off putting and seemingly accusatory . I purchase often and rarely make returns but if I will be made to feel uncomfortable for a legit return I will not be buying from here again. She is a new girl very young she needs to work on her customer service skills.

Very expensive but good quality of clothes. I bought a hat and shorts for my baby boy and I loved them. It looks really good on him and of course a great quality. I highly recommend this place as staff was also nice and friendly

Jody, whom is new there helped us out with questions and helped my wife make a decision on a colorful coat she was not sure about. Not pushy and place was clean...not to busy...and great 40% off at the day we went. Nov.19th 2022 5 star for retail and customer service...Thanks Jody !
