We were warmly greeted by two staff members. When we explained we were looking for tile (which they don't sell, as their focus is on granite, marble, quartz, and slab materials), they didn't hesitate to help.
They brought in Tom, who clearly has a deep knowledge base of stone and tile products.
He generously spent 10 minutes of his time identifying our sample and directing us to four specific places where we might find it. It's rare to find a company so willing to assist when there's no immediate sale involved.
We were blown away by their generosity and customer-first approach and will certainly be reaching out to them for our next countertop project.”

“I used Kitchen and Bath Mart for our master bathroom remodel. We purchased the cabinets, and all the tiles from them. They were very efficient and accurate with the predictions on the lead times for the materials. When I realized that we were short a little on one order of the mosaic accent tiles for the shower walls they were able to do an expedited order and it was delivered directly to my home on time. All the materials were delivered as expected. The cabinets they recommended were a wonderful quality. I will use them again for other projects.”

Installation was done in a very timely fashion meeting our project schedule. Adam and his team fabricated the quartz countertops to match the non square walls in our kitchen and no drywall cutting was required. “Cabinets Plus was wonderful to work with. We had a small primary bathroom remodeled and Terry came up with an innovative design. The tile, countertop, and cabinets she chose look beautiful. She researched and accommodated our requests for different fixtures. We were given a schedule for the work which began and ended as scheduled. “Monica was wonderful I ordered picture wall art it came damaged. I didn’t wanna go into the store, but I had to because I had to return it. Monica was very helpful. Sad thing is all the pictures were damage so it really wasn’t their fault that they didn’t check it before they sent it out, but when I got there, she refunded me my delivery charge and the wall art in full I will return. I love the store. People were very helpful clean store. It is turned around though. It doesn’t look like the Elmhurst store so zero on the wall art but five on the Customer Service.”
