We were warmly greeted by two staff members. When we explained we were looking for tile (which they don't sell, as their focus is on granite, marble, quartz, and slab materials), they didn't hesitate to help.
They brought in Tom, who clearly has a deep knowledge base of stone and tile products.
He generously spent 10 minutes of his time identifying our sample and directing us to four specific places where we might find it. It's rare to find a company so willing to assist when there's no immediate sale involved.
We were blown away by their generosity and customer-first approach and will certainly be reaching out to them for our next countertop project.”

“I used Kitchen and Bath Mart for our master bathroom remodel. We purchased the cabinets, and all the tiles from them. They were very efficient and accurate with the predictions on the lead times for the materials. When I realized that we were short a little on one order of the mosaic accent tiles for the shower walls they were able to do an expedited order and it was delivered directly to my home on time. All the materials were delivered as expected. The cabinets they recommended were a wonderful quality. I will use them again for other projects.”

“I used studio 41 to remodel my bathroom maybe about 6 years ago. I'm leaving this review today because every time I've had to interact with their customer service I have been so pleasantly surprised. I needed a new gidget for my toilet and it would have been $300 but they said since I've never had any issues they were going to give me one for free. A few years later I had a bathtub that wouldn't drain. Instead of selling me the whole part again which would have been $165 she sold me the part that was most likely to break that was $7. Very easy customer service experience. You really do get what you pay for with this company.”
“I got the only thing that doesn't go with the thing even though they were sold together online. (15x30 wall cabinet w 2 drawers) Two hours with two different assistance, and a call to Sweden. They recommended i return it and start again. I'm not a smart man, but made it work for its intended purpose. Looks great and everyone did their best to help.”
